Artworks - Projects > Customer/Value/Service

For the project Customer/Value/Service I invented the avatar of the earnest cartographer. The earnest cartographer goes out into the field of contemporary Athens, tasked with making a map of wish and ruin, resistance and defeat, ritual and the unscripted. The resulting artworks are intended as a description and a documentation of this mapping process. The source images from the project are drawn from print media and my own photographs, and examine divergent memories of shared events and the way in which they are imprinted on the fabric of the city. Some events are monumental, some beneath notice.
